PAYMENT POLICY

Regular Orders

Pre-Orders

• Cash on Delivery (COD) Available

• 50% advance payment is required to confirm all pre-orders.

• The remaining 50% is payable upon delivery (COD).

• The advance payment amount will be added to the order total and adjusted accordingly.

LOCAL SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Inside Dhaka

• Delivery Time: 1–3 Business Days

• Delivery Charge: ৳70

Outside Dhaka

• Delivery Time: 2–5 Business Days

• Delivery Charge: ৳130

Same-Day Delivery (Dhaka Only)

• Order must be confirmed before 12:00 PM

• Delivery Charge: ৳120–৳150 (depending on location)

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & DELIVERY (PRE-ORDER)

Standard Delivery

• Estimated Delivery Time: 2–5 Weeks

Express Delivery

• Estimated Delivery Time: 1–2 Weeks

• Additional Charge: ৳2,500 per kg

Estimated Delivery Date

• The estimated delivery date will be displayed on the product page and order confirmation.

• Example: Estimated Delivery Date: 7 June 2026 – 14 June 2026

• Any applicable shipping charges will be added to the total order amount.
